Open Equine acts solely as an intermediary. 1.2 Members must refer to the vendor’s terms and conditions before making any purchases. Open Equine does not assume any responsibility for the terms set by vendors.
2. Dispute Resolution
2.1 Open Equine will assist in mediating disputes between members and vendors. However, the final resolution of any dispute remains between the involved parties. 2.2 Members agree to attempt to resolve disputes directly with vendors before seeking mediation from Open Equine.
3. Proper Use of Channels
3.1 Members agree to utilize the proper channels provided by Open Equine when availing of deals from our vendors/suppliers. 3.2 If any agreement is reached outside of the Open Equine platform, members must inform Open Equine of such agreements to maintain transparency.
4. Good Faith Usage
4.1 Members agree to use the Open Equine platform in good faith, ensuring that their interactions and transactions are conducted honestly and ethically.
5. Forum and Social Media Conduct
5.1 Members agree not to post any content on the Open Equine Forum or social media that is unethical, defamatory, or contrary to Irish law. 5.2 Open Equine aims to foster a collaborative environment of mutual respect between members and vendors/suppliers. Members are expected to contribute positively to this community.
6. General Provisions
6.1 Open Equine reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes. 6.2 Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in suspension or termination of membership.
